Once your account is deleted, this action cannot be undone. All your data will be permanently removed from our systems.

Delete My Account

We respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data. If you wish to permanently delete your Hooftec account and all associated data, please follow the steps below.

What Happens When You Delete Your Account?

  • All personal information (name, email, profile details) will be permanently deleted
  • All business data (customers, invoices, bank information, etc.) will be permanently deleted
  • Subscription status will be cancelled and you will lose access to premium features
  • Access to all platforms (mobile app, web portal) will be permanently revoked
  • Shared data access will be revoked for any users you've shared data with

In accordance with our privacy policy, non-personal information like trim records and scoring records will be retained after deletion. This information does not contain any personally-identifiable information, or those of a customer or former customer.

How to Request Account Deletion

Step-by-Step Process:

    Download Your Data (Optional)

    Before requesting deletion, you may want to export your data. You can do this from each screen where data is exportable (Invoices, Trim & Scoring Records, etc).

    Cancel Active Subscriptions

    Cancel any active subscriptions through Google Play, Microsoft App Store, or Stripe to avoid future charges.

    Send Deletion Request Email

    Send an email to our support team with the following information:

    • Your full name
    • Your registered email address
    • Confirmation that you understand deletion is permanent
    • Optional: Reason for deletion (helps us improve)

    Verification Process

    We'll verify your identity using the email address associated with your account.

    Confirmation

    Once verified, we'll process your deletion request and send a confirmation email within 7 business days.
